We oversaw a rear dormer loft conversion, three-metre rear extension, and the complete refurbishment of a residential property in Walthamstow, east London.
This project necessitated such important steps as the painting of the front of the house, the installation of sash windows, the fitting of timber flooring, and other changes in relation to the plumbing, heating, and garden.
Alongside extensive painting work, our team oversaw the incorporation into this east London residence of new skirting board, architraves, and coving.
The property also gained new designer doors, a new banister, and even a new understairs toilet as a result of our work, together with a new designer bath, loft shower room, and skylights.
The client was also thankful for our dedication to getting crucial ‘under the surface’ changes right, encompassing new plumbing, a new combi boiler, and new electrics courtesy of a NICEIC-registered professional.
Plenty of attention was paid, too, to the outside of the building, as shown through such improvements as the exterior lighting, new garden grass, and an impressive garden room.
