We will assign you a project manager with the responsibility of planning, coordinating, budgeting and supervising your entire construction project.

In close consultation with you, the project manager will ensure that every aspect of the project is carefully undertaken with your wishes and requirements in mind. We can do everything from creating an initial design right through to assembling or revitalising your property.

We will also make sure we choose the right tradespeople and materials in order to achieve the highest possible standard of work.

The handover

Once we have completed all of the physical work of putting together, converting or restoring your residential or commercial space, we will sign off on the whole project. That’s when the handover process will begin – a process we always plan meticulously and well in advance.

As the client, you will be given various important documents pertaining to the project. You will, for example, be issued with health and safety documentation as well as any certificates and warranties covering the works to which we have only just added the finishing touches.

Whether the site is a pre-existing property or instead simply land waiting to be developed or redeveloped, we will need to see it in person to investigate its suitability for your proposed project. Though you might be tempted to try project-managing multiple tradespeople and sourcing all of the necessary materials yourself, this move can too easily prove a false economy and increase the overall costs you would incur as a result of the project.

We will definitely not require you to pay upfront for the project, and we emphasise that no respectable building company would ask you to pay the full balance upfront.

We will draw up a detailed contract stating milestones specifying when particular aspects of your construction project will be completed and when you will need to make interim payments. You will only need to make the final payment once we have fully completed your construction project.
